When will my order ship?
We ship all our orders the same business day if placed before 11:00 AM EST; otherwise, we ship next business day. Sometimes, under extreme conditions, our carrier, UPS, may experience slight delays normally not beyond 5 days. We have a 99% same day shipping rate. Please note that an order placed after same-day cutoff on Friday will ship on Monday as we don’t ship on non-business days.

How long will it take after my order ships?
Ground Shipping normally takes from 1 to 4 business days, but may deliver within 5 business days if remote. You can always track your package on our Track Your Order page or the carriers' website we used to ship your order.

How much is shipping?
FREE ground shipping on orders of $50 or more in the 48 contiguous states using promo code "FREESHIP" during checkout.

How do I get my order tracking number?
The tracking numbers for each shipped orders are automatically emailed after shipping.

My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
Sometimes a package gets separated from its order and does not get scanned by the shipper. Either way, give it a day or two to see if all the items on your order arrive. If you have not received your order in the time given or your tracking number doesn’t display any info in after 1-2 days, please call the carrier (UPS). If you don’t get an answer we will be very happy to help you.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damage by the Shipping company, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or call the shipping company to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of 5 days to file the damage claim. Obtain a control number from the shipping company.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), email our customer service for Order Status. Click Here.

Duplicated Orders
Most of our orders are approved automatically by a set of filters we have, to make that process faster for customers. Please make sure to contact our Customer Service or Sales Department if you believe your order has been duplicated. Postage Ink Solutions™ will not take responsibility for doubled orders, although you will, of course, be allowed to return the duplicate shipment.

Missing Items and Shipping Claims
Postage Ink Solutions™ will only accept claims up to 3 days after the package was delivered to your shipping address.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could have all fit into one box?
We keep the safety of your packages in mind with regards to weight and size. In some occasions we shipped from multiple warehouses to fulfill the order as quickly as possible. This is an extremely rare occurance, and normally only done so upon the customer's request.

Why did they separate the packages of my order?
Many times when multiple packages are shipped the shipping company may route the package on to another truck due to space issues. It is quite possible that the shipping company may separate the order for the same order. However, they will make every effort to delivery all packages on the same day.

Do you ship internationally?
We do NOT currently ship internationally. Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. We can help you but we can't guarantee a fast turnaround on this.

Can you send my order COD?
Due to high costs and implicated risks associated with COD orders, we cannot ship any orders COD.

My Package never arrived and it says that it has shipped
In some cases a package can be lost by the carrier and never arrive to the customer. Postage Ink Solutions™ can either re-ship the package or reimburse the customer for the money if the package is claimed before 30 days after the date of purchase. The claims are applicable for packages with no tracking number or packages delivered to wrong addresses. Please remember that NO CLAIMS WILL BE TAKEN PAST THE 30 DAYS.
