1. Call our technical support team at 877-925-3700.
Describe the problem you are experiencing and if they are unable to resolve the problem over the phone, please record:
(a) the date and time of your call,
(b) the name of the technical support associate that assisted you,
(c) the reason they were unable to resolve the problem over the phone, and
(d) their recommendation to resolve the issue.
2. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Enter “Request for RMA” in the subject line of the e-mail. In the body of the e-mail, please include:
(a) your name, address, and phone number,
(b) items (a)-(d) from step 1,
(c) the order number from your purchase,
(d) the item you were experiencing problems with, and
(e) indicate whether you are want a replacement sent out or a refund.
3. After the RMA is issued, we will have you send the defective product straight to our lab for investigation.
Once your e-mail is delivered, please allow up to 48 hours for the Return Authorization to be Approved.
If our labs determine the product is defective, a replacement will be sent at no additional shipping expense or a credit will be issued.
If our labs determine the product is not defective, you will have the option for the cartridge to be returned at your expense or have the product recycled, thereby forfeiting ownership of the products and further claims for a refund or replacement.
Please do not ship any product until your Return is approved.
